Acceptable use

What MakeDogSing is for

MakeDogSing offers ready-made AI video effects for pet photos only. Upload a clear cat or dog photo that you own or have permission to process. Do not upload people, children, public figures or group portraits. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

Content we do not allow

• Pornographic, NSFW, explicit or sexually suggestive content, including sexualized depictions of animals.
• Violence, gore, animal cruelty, abuse, graphic injury or threats of harm.
• Hate speech, harassment or content promoting hatred or violence against people or groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming or other child-unsafe content.
• Deceptive impersonation, political or celebrity deepfakes, non-consensual imagery and fabricated intimate scenes involving real people. Do not misrepresent an AI result as a real event or imply endorsement.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including music or photos you are not entitled to use.
• Illegal activity, fraud, exploitation or content that facilitates harm.

These restrictions apply to uploads, generation requests, outputs and support attachments. Do not upload identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive records.

Fair use of the service

Do not bypass verification, content restrictions, credit controls, rate limits or access checks. Do not automate abusive submissions, share private access links, probe other accounts or resell access to our underlying model credentials.

Platform content moderation

Before each generation, the service checks the fixed effect prompts against active content rules and submits them to Waffo Prompt Sift. Uploaded photos are screened with fal.ai before image preparation or video generation through APImart. Both photos are screened when a template requires two. A request proceeds only after the required checks explicitly pass; a rejection, missing decision or failed safety check does not authorize generation. The model provider may apply additional restrictions.

Review decisions, provider receipts and relevant file hashes are recorded privately with the task. Normal requests that pass the automated checks do not require manual approval. There is currently no separate automated scan of completed videos, and staff do not manually review every output. Results remain private to the owning account; users must review their video before sharing it. Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot guarantee detection of every unsafe result.

When we receive a content report or identify suspected abuse, authorized staff review the relevant request, available media and screening records. Reports involving child safety, threats or serious harm receive priority. We may block new requests, restrict an account or remove access to reported content while investigating. Confirmed violations can result in removal or account suspension. A user may request review of a restriction through the support address below. Response time depends on the severity and information available; we do not promise an immediate or fixed-time decision.

Confirmed technical generation failures return any charged MakeDogSing credits once. This is separate from a cash refund. A policy restriction does not authorize an automatic paid retry. For billing or quality concerns, use our refund policy.

Report a concern or request a review

Email hello@makedogsing.com with the relevant page, creation ID or order ID and a brief explanation. Please do not email passwords, API keys or sensitive images. We may ask for enough information to verify ownership and investigate safely. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact us for a review.
